January 2022 AFCorp USA will be taking over the telephone marketing for our non-profit later this year after we had exhausted multiple alternatives.  During the set up period, thorough examination of our needs was conducted to ensure that our needs would be met. In January of this year, we entered into an agreement with AFCorp, for them to provide outbound calls across the country relating to boost fundraising. One of the advantages of this service is that it is available from morning until night, seven days a week, calls are all handled by AFCorp under our instruction and they will be using highly trained call center agents. Our volumes has steadily increased with the business structuring advice that was given free of charge. We have found the service to be professional, and the email information, which will be forwarded daily, is meeting our requirements. There Marketing support is outstanding and we are confident the service levels will be maintained over the term of the agreement.

All of my requests for amendments or additional call types have been put into effect successfully. We will be developing a strong partnership with your organization and in particular your operators in the near future. We have reduced the number of unnecessary call outs, our response times, and the overall management of our after hour’s calls has received favorable feedback from our staff. Our board was very hesitant to make the move to a new service provider. We had experienced some difficulties with our previous provider in relation to the tyranny of distance, isolation and the diversity of our business.
